I LOVE encouraging others to see their potential.

With photography, helping people has looked like me encouraging them to see themselves in a new light. It's been celebrating their uniqueness alongside them, and guiding them on their business journey with visuals that truly represent who they and what they offer.

My career journey stems beyond just Photography. Graduating with a Bachelor of Communication in 2016, I then continued into different roles, all of which had some element of business mentoring and support. One of my roles was as Project Lead for Venture Centre, an entreprenurial support organisation in Tauranga. This saw me run 1:1 mentoring sessions with business owners and people wanting to start their business journey.

For the past 5+ years I've been working with Creative Bay of Plenty, wearing a few different hats. I currently manage the 'Creative Directory' - a free resource where people can post a profile on themselves and their creative offering. It's my job to help encourage people to put them selves forward, and to guide them in the best way to do it.

Through CBOP, I've also run a few workshops for Bay of Plenty creatives - one on 'Putting Yourself Out There as a Creative', and more recently 'Simplifying Your Social Media'.

With my love for community connection, I also started a coffee meetup group for women in business in Tauranga. After moving to Christchurch in 2024, a few members stepped up to help carry it on which is AWESOME!

Within just a few weeks of settling down South, I felt the pull to start something in my community of New Brighton, and we now currently have a New Brighton Business Network group with nearly 300 people! Seeing people come together every month to connect, to share their wins, their challenges, and to learn from each other is the most valuable thing to me.

No matter what industry you're in, we all share common thinking around things like self confidence, charging for your worth and setting short and long-term goals.

In 2022, I moved to Cardiff, the capital city of Wales and land of my Forefathers (and Mothers!) I worked for a full year as Creative Project Manager for an amazing agency called Blue Stag. We partnered with an organisation called Media Academy Cymru, to get their young people working on real-life client projects alongside our team.

So for Cardiff Pride, an event boasting over 10,000 attendees (not to mention held in a CASTLE!), we had a group of amazing young people ready to practice their creative skills. Their task? - to create their own showreel from the event. My task? - to act as their Mentor, giving them advice leading up to the day, on the day, and feedback following their showreel presentation.

Keen to work with me?

Please get in touch below to discuss my different business mentoring offerings. I usually suggest a minimum of 60 minutes so we can have a good amount of time to get to know each other a little better before delving into your business journey. I also offer a combined business branding and business mentoring package.
